Lucy Easthope is a leading authority on responding to and recovering from emergencies. For over two decades she has challenged others to think differently about what comes next after complex, tragic events. She is a passionate and thought-provoking voice in planning for pandemics, conflict, sudden death and disaster, and has been a tactical advisor to international emergency responders since 2001.
She has special interest in the aftermath of transportation disasters and also the care and return of personal effects after these disasters, writing and advising internationally on this subject.
James Wood
Regional Security Director
International SOS
James is the lead security expert for Northern Europe, providing strategic advice and support across all aspects of International SOS' security services. A certified Business Continuity professional with the Business Continuity Institute, James joined International SOS in 2011 and has extensive experience managing security operations globally.
He has supported clients through major incidents including violent unrest in Papua New Guinea, Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines, and flooding in Jakarta. Since moving to London in 2015, James has overseen 24/7 security operations, crisis management, and business continuity planning, coordinating evacuations and critical support during escalations across Europe, Africa, and Central Asia.

Graham oversees health and safety, with a particular emphasis on developing and implementing security protocols to safeguard offshore operations. As a Chartered Engineer and Energy Institute member, Graham applies technical expertise to integrate security into all aspects of offshore safety.
